Welcome to Black Ops.

We have built Black Ops (Black Operations) to become a beacon on the darknet marketplace landscape. To realize this vision, we had to create a genuine darknet marketplace whilst maintaining the security and safety of all our users. In order to maintain this, we ask everyone to operate under our set of ground rules to ensure that Black Ops remains a safe and profitable environment for all our users.

Communication
We expect everyone that operates on Black Ops, buyers and sellers (vendors), to respect our ground rules. One of the key rules that we expect everyone to uphold is that we do not allow offensive, racist or inappropriate language. We also do not allow blackmail in any shape or form. If we find that you are purposely taking part in any of the aforementioned rule-breakers, then your account will be irrevocably banned from the Black Ops platform. Our support staff will not recover your account.

Buying/Selling
On Black Ops, both buyers and vendors will have to respect specific rules for their respective accounts. The account specific rules can be viewed from the left-hand side menu. However, we do have a few general rules to ensure both buying and selling is conducted in a correct manner.

We do not allow off-market trades (direct deals). We enforce this rule not just for the sake of our support staff but also for your own safety and scam prevention. In regard to safety, we strongly advise everyone to never do any kind of dealings on apps such as:

‑ Telegram
- Signal
- Whatsapp

However much they claim privacy, they are still third-party communication platforms of which you have zero control and thus offer you no real safety. Our support staff will also not be able to help you if you conduct an off-market deal with a Back Ops vendor, aside from the fact that it isn’t allowed to begin with.

A result of this could be a ban of your account without the possibility of recovery.

Safety
Whether you are a new or experienced user, you should always be mindful that there are actors out there that may try to use measures related to scamming, fraud and/or phishing. Make sure to always check if you are using an official market link and to never share your account information with others.
